Marcus had a much more impressive story to tell than just running full speed into an obstructed barbed wired fence and having to pull the embedded barbs out of his stomach. Yes, I think his story involved a cougar and a cobra if I'm not mistaken.
Just for the record all you teenagers...Mother DOES know best! See the shirt Marcus was wearing when attacked by the vicious fence? Well, he was a bit peeved at his mother for making him change out of his brother's shirt before he left to hang with his buddies. I would think now he's pretty grateful to mom for saving him about $25 buying Chance a new shirt!
